We are looking to hire individuals for an Internship position, with an opportunity to be hired Full Time in the future. You will:
- Coordinate Special Events and Promotions from the ground level up to the Top
- Have direct Interaction with Vendors, Non-Profits, Participants, Media, Marketing Agencies, Sub-Contractors, etc
- Participate in negotiations, meetings and planning of all aspects of the events
- Create Systems to help organize & maintain functionality of the Inside Office
- Assist with Logistics in all aspects of the Special Events & Functions
- Create and Execute Promotional Campaigns and Outside Events
- Gain first hand experience with Marketing/Advertising/Promotions, as well as how to Split Test all efforts to determine effectiveness and best ROI
- Participate in Setup, Execution, and Tear Down of all Promotional & Special Events
- Assist in Recruiting and Managing Volunteers at
- Events
- Assist in Fund Raising efforts for Non-Profit Beneficiaries
- Research and Assist in booking Talent, Performers, and Entertainment for all Events
- Experience firsthand the actions of balancing Supply/Demand with Cost/Revenues
- Negotiate Costs/Pricing on supplies and services with sub-contractors
- Travel to various locations (locally with potential of out of state) for meetings, tradeshows, events
- Assist in developing Concept and Banding of Events, Promotions and Campaigns
- Produce Sponsorship & Media Packets, Press Releases, and Announcements
- Be aware of, and able to hit deadlines AHEAD of schedule
- Organize and Execute all aspects of the Events, including Check-In, Merchandising, Setup/Tear Down, etc

- Have incredible communication skills with the ability to interact with Vendors, Contractors, Customers, etc effectively
- Able to Work during the day/week, as well as odd hours/weekends at events and functions
- Have a cell phone with Texting, Camera and internet functionality- Smart Phone preferred
- Have home computer with internet access (just in case)
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel to Events and Functions as needed
